    I absolutely recommend the Brain Fitness Classes! Its amazing how I feel during and after taking these classes. During the class Mila challenges us to focus our mind on the different movements that she runs us through and acknowledge how this feels for us. The classes make me feel more mindful and focused. At the end of each class there is also a feeling of calm that I really love. Its incredible; these classes really unlock a whole new idea to fitness.

    The experience of working out with Mila during her live streamed classes is highly recommended. Aside from an excellent workout, in the moment feedback, the positive environment, energy and care that Mila exhibits inspires one to work harder, do better and just as importantly have fun! I first started working out with Mila over 7 years ago and joined her again once she started live streaming her classes. I endorse the Chicago Center for Wellbeing.

    Mila Apostolovic, the founder of this center, is the best fitness instructor I ever met. I attend her online class and in the past, attended her classes in a gym. She is very attentive to everyone. She notices the very slight inaccuracies in your posture or movement, and will readily explain you the need, the reason and the method to correct. She is extremely knowledgeable in everything concerning fitness and kinetics, and will adapt the routine for every participant accordingly to their current condition, be it a back pain or a sore knee. She knows so many ways to make your body work, that incredibly for me, she never repeats routines! Currently I attend her online class for over 2 years and it seems we do different excersizes each time. May be the least important, but it never bores you! I met Mila in 2002 when she was instructing in a Canadian gym. I was doing fitness for 16 years by then, and from the first class, it struck me how superior it was to all the classes I attended before. I never had that much attention and feedback from the instructor during the class, not just me but everyone in the group. And my body feeling after the class was so much proper. Soon I discovered that Mila's professional qualities root from her personality: warm, caring and enthusiastic. Since then both of us moved to other places round the globe. But I am so happy that living thousands of miles away does not prevent me anymore from attending Mila's classes.

    I have worked with Mila on and off for the last 10 years and during that time period, she has consistently found ways to motivate me, push me to the next level, humble me, love and hate every minute of her classes and so forth! She has a complete and holistic approach to her teaching and is always learning new skills to add to her tool bag. Whether you are trying to drop a few pounds, boost your energy level, take on the next physical challenge or simply need a good workout that causes soreness for 2-3 days....give her class a try. You wont regret it!

    I have known Mila for over 10 years now and working out with her has been a life-changing experience for me. She really and truly saved my life, in every possible way that a person can be saved. Her workouts are personalized and the focus is on building strength, both of the mind and the body. She knows and understands what your body needs and will encourage you to push yourself to see desired results, while at the same time intuitively understanding where you need a bit of a push. The best part about Milates and the Chicago Center for Wellbeing is the incredible support you get along every step of the way. I've never experienced this anywhere else and I am not a person who loves gyms or goes to them. I always felt anxious, hesitant and had every excuse in the book until I met Mila. Now I cannot wait to workout and each day is one positive step towards a new me. Her entire class is filled with a community of wellness enthusiasts who support one another and push us to achieve our very best. This is all started and done by Mila and she is in my opinion the most incredible trainer, human being and soul that the fitness and wellness community has ever produced. If you don't believe me, just try for yourself. You will be AMAZED by your results even after just 2 weeks. I cannot recommend the Chicago Center for Wellbeing enough and think the absolute world of them and so shall you!
