    I joined CFP for the 8 week challenge after not seeing results from weight lifting at my regular gym. The program was very detailed, specific, and was exactly the challenge I needed. The gym is very nice and conveniently located. I saw more results from the program within 8 weeks than I had in a year of weight lifting on my own. I highly recommend the gym for anyone who wants to adopt healthier habits but just doesn’t know where to start or just needs a little push. I had a very positive overall experience with the staff, other members, and the gym overall.

    I joined for the transform and perform challenge and so glad that I did. Coach Kosta was so kind to me. There were times I wanted to give up but his encouragement and kind push helped me to push forward. I was able to finish strong and walk away with many new habits and tools to incorporate in my everyday life. The coaches are great! The classes are amazing and the community is truly welcoming. Everyone is so kind and friendly. So glad I found this amazing community.

    CFP is a wonderful place where you can start or re-start your exercise routine. Not only do you meet great teammates, but coaches are also very knowledgeable and can fit any program to your strengths and lifestyle. I had been out of exercise for the last couple of years, gained weight, and felt so lazy and tired all the time, but now I feel much better and am physically stronger. I tried other gyms, but so far it fits me the best and gives me the real result. Thanks to all the coaches!

    CFP took my working out to a new level. I signed up for their 8 week challenge and loved every bit of it. Work outs were very well structured and offered a great variety of exercises. The coaches are very attentive to each person and remember everyone’s injuries and weights from previous week! Kosta is an immersive source of information and deeply cares for each of his clients’ needs and interests. He offered us daily lessons and numerous nutrition and meal prep guides which we can take and use forever. Most importantly CFP focuses on healthy habit building and encourages people to fall in love with the process.

    I can’t express how wonderful my experience with CFP has been. I have always liked fitness and challenging myself, but I had hit a plateau and was looking for more guidance. There is a lot of information out there regarding fitness and nutrition and it can be overwhelming and misguiding. Kosta and the coaches helped me focus on what was important for me. They guided me with a wealth of knowledge and patience to help me not only achieve my goals but also help me implement invaluable life style changes. Their approach to fitness is refreshing and dare I say it, FUN! Your fitness level does not matter at CFP. Just starting or someone who is already active, your experience is based on you and your goals. The coaches are there with you and guide you every step of the way and they listen.They are there to push you but are respectful of your limits and understand the normal day to day woes. Just as important as your physical health, CFP has such a wonderful community of not just the coaches but the members as well. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. We encourage each other and celebrate each other's wins. If you’re looking for knowledgeable coaches and making a sustainable lifestyle change, this is the place to go!
