    This is an intense, short workout that combines a wide variety of “medical grade” equipment with super one-on-one supervision to work every muscle group. It takes about two minutes to completely exhaust the muscle you’re using, and that’s actually the goal. You have to really concentrate, and it’s very hard work (not for everyone), but half an hour and you’re done. And it works! Been going for about a month, twice a week and seeing and feeling results. I have worked with Amy, Linda and Theresa (the owner), and they are all great. Very encouraging and supportive.

    Theresa is such a wonderful trainer. She’s so observant and insanely supportive of my progress. Working out with her at CityWide is the best thing I’ve done for my body in a long time. 10/10 would recommend.

    Fantastic results and Becky is super attentive and knowledgeable! Edit: I’ve gone on to use a different trainer. Still have nothing but good things to say

    I’ve been working out here for years. The only workout I haven’t quit. Trainers are professional and encouraging and make it fun!
