    CTF has gotten me into the best shape of my life. The classes are never boring, and being able to pick between strength or more traditional HIIT is really nice. Each of the coaches really do bring their own unique energy and structure to each workout they host, while also ensuring to incorporate modifications for different fitness levels, which makes it approachable for beginners with a clear progression path. I love being able to just show up to a class, turn off my brain, and just focus on whatever workout is designed that day.

    I purchased a Groupon. The people that work there were very polite and willing to help me on my fitness journey. The classmates were also friendly, encouraging and welcoming. I definitely recommend this class to everyone at any level of getting fit.

    The work out was great. Very intense and just a good workout. Definitely a good workout for people who already work out. I also see it being great for beginners who have a goal to be strong and finish the workout. The trainers were super supportive and came around with corrections on form if needed. A really good workout!

    Crosstown is a wonderful place to get strong or very strong. Great trainers, good class availability, you can always get in, even when busy. Excellent community as well. Lots of strong, kind folks. Safe place as well, you can be seen and cared for.

    Amazing gym! Beautiful design and new equipment. Mode is literally my safe haven. Love the location and the staff and members are all so generous and respectful of each other, overall a great 10/10 gym environment.
