    I had an awesome time working out at Fit Body Bootcamp. The space is clean and well maintained with brand new equipment. The class was awesome; I got a full body workout which is exactly what I was looking for. Kyle was a great trainer, he gave tips throughout the class and kept us motivated. I recommend Old Town Fit Body Bootcamp.

    Thank you for our Fit Bodys! My wife and I started in August of 2021 and immediately felt welcome and a bond with the staff and other members. There is NO pressure to do too much and the staff does a great job at pushing enough to inspire you while also being even better than you at understanding limits. They are consistently asking how you are doing before, during and after every session so they can help you adjust as necessary to maximize your potential, performance and safety. Thank you for being part of the growing community as we highly recommend OTFB to any looking to get more fit!

    I have been coming to FBBC for about 2 months now & I love it! The coaches are so nice, they're always willing to help, & my favorite is when they acknowledge your hard work during your workout! Coming here has become part of my daily routine & I feel so much better mentally & physically finally being able to work on myself. The coaches do truly motivate me to do better. You never feel judged by anyone! There are all kinds of people here with different fitness goals & just showing up proves that's we're all trying!

    Fit Body Bootcamp is the best place if you want to get your health back in order. It might look intimidating at the start, but the kind of support you get from peers and the trainers, easily make you feel a part of their team. You can do all the workouts at your own pace if you want but the way the trainers host these classes, the atmosphere around makes you want to push yourself harder. They provide you with nutrition resources and check-in with you as they focus a lot on accountability. The trainers there also tweak the workout according to you if you have any health issues or injuries. They also have a smaller strength training class that let's you focus on your form and strength training.

    I joined this gym after coming to a couple trial classes a few months ago with a friend and it has been such a fun way to revamp my exercise routine. It def helps to keep me consistent and all of the instructors are so fun and welcoming that I always look forward to my workout. They even check in on you outside of class to keep you motivated! I would recommend it to you if you’re looking for a fun change and would be happy to meet some new people while you’re at it!
