    As a yoga instructor working with a wide variety of clients in private and group practice, I never hesitate to refer my clients to Ryan for strength, conditioning and mobility training to complement their yoga practices. I feel safe sending clients to him for strength training and I know he will understand some of the unique challenges that yoga practitioners have when they begin a strength training regimen. He has an extraordinary knowledge of the human body and draws on his education in personal training and physical therapy realms to inform safe, effective and enjoyable programming for a diverse set of people. Personally, when I worked with Ryan I found his contributions and trouble shooting of my individual difficulties spot on. He has helped me fixed me form, identify areas that need continued growth and provided encouragement in my own personal health journey. As a yoga teacher who moves repetitively for their line of work, I have found Ryan's advice for diversifying my movement diet spot on. He is the best trainer and coach! You will love working with him and get great results in a supportive environment!

    I came to Ryan back in October ‘23 because of very painful left knee tendinitis. Not only was the issue gone within a very short time period, I have yet to have any inkling of pain in either knee since. It’s motivating and exciting to finally have a found a trainer who you look forward to seeing before each session. I hope he never retires!

    Working with Ryan has been great so far! He really takes the time to understand where you are currently and personalize the exercises to our individual needs. He places focus on correcting our form throughout class to reduce chances of adversely injuring ourselves and ensure we’re getting the most out of our workouts. I appreciate how he incrementally challenges us to better ourselves, sets realistic expectations, and helps us see more holistically how different parts of our bodies interact with each other. Looking forward to continuing this journey with him!

    Ideal strength training class! I've been working out with Ryan for 6 weeks now and can really notice a difference. The small group is perfect. It's small enough where you get the attention you need to prevent injury and makes sure you're doing everything correctly (also holding you accountable to show up) but you are in it with others to make it fun. I couldn't recommend it more!

    My wife and I were introduced to Ryan by our physical therapist and have been working out with him for several years. Ryan has a level of knowledge that far exceeds that of most personal trainers. His use of functional movement methods combined with an extensive understanding of physical therapy techniques has helped both of us improve our strength and flexibility while avoiding injuries. Ryan creates challenging workouts that don't waste time and his attention to detail assures that we are always performing the exercises correctly. You will definitely learn a lot working out with Ryan and his training approach will benefit you in everyday life as well in pursuit of specific goals.
