    Tony was referred to me by a friend with nothing but positive accolades. I had taken some time away from the gym and was looking to get back but lacked in motivation at the time. I finally decided to reach out to Tony and he was able to schedule me immediately to get a session in with him to feel things out. Right away I felt comfortable training with him as he worked independently with me to get back on track with my fitness goals. He makes sure to discuss realistic and timely goals and plans with you to get you where you want to be but will push you out of your comfort zone to get you there. Not only did he train me with workouts, but he was also able to recommend a great nutritionist as well as discuss dietary and overall health and wellness goals. His training hours are extremely flexible, and he will make sure to work with you on a schedule that is convenient for your lifestyle. I would highly recommended Tony to anyone of all ages and backgrounds looking to have a healthier and fit lifestyle!

    I've been working with Tony for over five years now and cannot express how grateful I am for the impact he's had in both my fitness, but as a friend and motivator. Tony's workouts can undoubtedly be described as intense, and they'll often test your mental fortitude alongside your physical ability, whilst bring a fun competitive atmosphere if that's what you're seeking. If you're looking for a fitness trainer who goes above and beyond, Tony is the guy. Look and feel stronger and younger. It won't be easy, just like each and every workout, but you're going to see drastic results.

    I've been working with Tony for the past 5 years, starting with in-person analysis and planning through in-person training, then Zoom throughout the pandemic, and on through today. I've rarely missed a week, and when possible, do twice a week. These workouts have made a significant difference in my stamina, flexibility, balance, and general fitness. Tony makes the workouts 'fun' to the extent that pushing myself beyond what I would do on my own can be considered fun. He's experienced dealing with athletes and their injuries as well as those of us who just wanted to be in better shape. He combines weight work with stretching as well as aerobic activity. He has worked with me to fit it in whether in person or by Zoom. My workouts have become my weekly priority and I appreciate that Tony works around my schedule so that I never have to miss a week. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer!

    Training with Tony is the extra challenge I needed in my workout routine. His program always offers different drills and exercises and pushes you outside of your comfort zone. Tony’s training has boosted my strength, speed (especially when training for a race), agility and endurance. I highly recommend training with Tony for anyone just beginning their fitness journey or looking to take it to the next level.

    If you want to achieve your fitness goals, train with Tony! I’ve been training with Tony since 2018 and I can easily say ive become faster, stronger, and overall more athletic because of him. Tony is knowledgeable about all areas of fitness and coaches you through them. He’s super supportive and encouraging and will push you to do more if he knows you’re capable. While some workouts seem tough, he encourages you to push through and you’re left feeling accomplished. Tony always changes up the class structure weekly, which is great to cover a variety of workouts.
