If you ever decide to sign up for personal training, which I recommend if you’re a beginner at the gym, I would highly recommend getting Coach Eddy as your trainer. Eddy helped me become a lot more confident when it came to the gym and using different equipment, which can be anxiety provoking for us beginners. He was the type to ask you how the weight was and if you said it was fine he would add more weight, encouraging you to reach a new PR. Eddy is the type of trainer who will ask about your day and will help you reach your goals! I enjoyed the 6 months training I had with Eddy and I hope you will too!

Awsome gym but don’t let them fool you that they clean it. I found out that they have no janitor position available there which explains why all of the equipment is super dirty. The locker rooms they don’t mop going from the shower to your locker. Your feet will be covered in dirt and black. I know for a fact that they don’t wipe down the machines or clean them daily. There was one time that there was a dirty cloth in a machine for four days straight. For the past three days, they have not refilled the sanitizer wipes so you can wipe Upstairs. Just makes me extremely disappointed that they talk about how much they clean the place, but the place is by far the dirtiest that I’ve ever gone to. This is why I am getting rid of my membership. I tried to give this place a chance, but it’s just dirty and too overcrowded It really bothers me that I can’t take a shower and go get my clothes without my feet becoming more filthy than me walking out barefoot outside. This place needs a janitor desperately. It’s disgusting.

Chris was an excellent personal trainer. He held me to my goals and help me to achieve them. He listened to me and made adjustment's to my workouts. I would recommend Chris as a qualified personal trainer

While the facility itself is decent, VASA does not take any precautions to ensure that the population of the facility remains viably moderate enough so that the people who pay for their service can use their machines. This place is ALWAYS packed. ALWAYS. Anytime of the day, any day of the week. I wish that they had not even allowed me to sign up knowing they have so many customers that it’s a gamble whether you will actually be able to access any of the machines or treadmills. They have shown no signs of slowing down when it comes to registration either. They just continue to sign people up knowing that there aren’t enough machines or pieces of equipment to accommodate everyone that ends up signing up. The worst thing is that you will be dealing with a sub-par gym experience AND the cancellation process is PREDATORY! It would be less hassle to start a new bank account than cancel their service. Considering that they are dealing with issues of over-registration, you would assume they would be more lenient for cancellations, but no — they want your money regardless of whether or not they can even accommodate you there, and it will be too late before you realize that they can’t. They know people are going to be disappointed too and don’t care, because if you cancel within the first 6 months, they charge you a cancellation fee, which gives you no way to figure out whether it’s right for you or not.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The fitness instructor canceled services twice with no option to reschedule or transfer to a different instructor. I Tried canceling the membership through the app, in person, via email, and on the website and every time it kept telling me to contact member services. I called numerous times, but NO ONE answered the phone. After a few weeks, now the account is in collections. One of their representatives finally emailed me back after months, arguing and saying I could've canceled via the app. YOU DON'T THINK I JUST WASTED ALL THOSE HOURS ON THE PHONE BECAUSE I WANTED TO..... Nothing gave the option to cancel. Then he told me their billing department is too busy because Paramount owns multiple companies, and they handle all the claims and membership cancellations and that's why I wasn't able to talk to someone, he even admitted it. So, you're telling me your company is too busy to accept calls, but yet continues to charge you for services, even when the services were not done??? What kind of company is this? It's just ridiculous!!! Please DO NOT go there. They will steal your money.
